Living amid the unknown

I'm living off the grid in Kalapana and, needless to say, life has been interesting. I'm starting to realize how much I love hot showers and how much I appreciate filtered water. I'm starting to understand why electricity is so important to so many and why some cannot live without a TV. I'm starting to understand why windows and walls might be more functional than simple screen lining.
